v1.8.0
- New: Momentum Actions — concrete WordPress.org tag and description recommendations based on your real ranking data (Pro/Business)
- New: Free plan now shows a real Momentum headline preview and a concrete Momentum Actions opportunity count once enough ranking history is available, instead of a generic placeholder
- Improvement: Upgrade page now lists Momentum and Momentum Actions as plan features
v1.7.1
- Fix: Momentum box could show contradicting labels at the same time (e.g. “recovering” headline next to “speeding up” in the Acceleration tile) — the Acceleration tile now always states clearly whether the improvement or the decline is easing or speeding up.
v1.7.0
- New: Momentum score — a leading indicator showing the direction of your keyword rankings (velocity, breadth and acceleration) days before it shows up in downloads, with its own chart in the detail view (Pro/Business)
- New: 5-day free Pro trial — try Momentum charts, discovered-keyword positions and PDF export once, no credit card required, from a one-time prompt or the Upgrade tab
- Improvement: Sticky action bar for filter, compare and PDF export in the detail view, plus contextual help (“?”) popups on charts and key sections
- Improvement: “Plugin comparison” toggle can now track a competitor plugin directly from the detail view for Pro/Business users
- Fix: Upgrade tab and pricing checkout now correctly stay available for your actual plan while a Pro trial is active, instead of appearing already upgraded
v1.6.1
- Fix: Change-tracking badges (installs, rating, version, keyword rankings, discovered keywords) were not reliably detected when new data arrived — diff detection is now recalculated on every data refresh instead of being tied to the daily snapshot cycle, so discovered-keyword ranking changes in particular are no longer missed.
- Fix: Review reminder icon briefly rendered oversized before styles finished loading — icon now has explicit dimensions so it always displays at the correct size.
v1.6.0
- New: Change tracking in the detail view — when new data arrives, delta badges show what changed since the last data snapshot: active installs, rating, number of ratings, plugin version and keyword ranking movements (climbed/dropped positions, new in or dropped out of the Top 100) — shown in the stat cards, the discovered-keywords list and the keyword ranking legend
- New: Review reminder — a dismissible prompt asks active users for a WordPress.org review after real usage (appears only after you’ve monitored a plugin for a few days; snooze or dismiss anytime)
- SEO: readme.txt tags and description refined for better WordPress.org search visibility
v1.5.0
- New: Baseline line in downloads chart — Gaussian-weighted moving average shows your real download level, independent of spikes or events
- New: Chart visibility saved per user across devices — show/hide lines in both charts and settings are remembered server-side (no longer device-specific)
- New: Version and Installs annotations can be toggled on/off in both charts via the legend — state is saved per user
- New: Support tab — contact support directly from the plugin with a pre-filled form including plan, plugins and site context
- Improvement: Chart lines no longer show individual data points — cleaner visualization with full hover tooltip support
- Improvement: Hover tooltip now appears when moving near the line, not just on exact data points
- Fix: Chart visibility in comparison mode no longer conflicts with Plugin B keyword filter
v1.4.1
- Fix: “Add” button in “Monitor new plugin” section was missing English translation — now correctly internationalized
- Fix: Mobile — keyword ranking chart and legend were displayed side by side, now stacked vertically
- Fix: Mobile — “Keyword Ranking (Top 100)” title wrapped across multiple lines due to input field next to it — now stacked
- Fix: Mobile — custom keyword input field now uses full width
- SEO: readme.txt tags optimized for better WordPress.org search ranking
- Compatibility: Tested up to WordPress 7.0
v1.4.0
- New: Direct chart overlay — compare any two monitored plugins in the same download and keyword ranking chart
- New: Keyword matching indicator — see which keywords both plugins rank for, with ranking positions shown in the legend
- New: Onboarding redesign — settings page now shows step-by-step connection flow with live status
- New: Activation redirect — plugin automatically redirects to settings after activation
- New: License URL display — settings page shows exactly which site URL the license is linked to
- New: Local icon caching — plugin icons are downloaded and cached locally, no repeated requests to WordPress.org
- New: Icons automatically refreshed when new API data is received
- New: Keyword notice now appears inline next to the chart instead of at the top of the page
- New: Custom keywords appear in the legend immediately after adding, before API data is available
- Improvement: Compare dropdown repositioned next to Daily Downloads title for better usability
- Improvement: Non-matching keywords automatically hidden when comparison plugin is active
- Improvement: Custom keywords no longer displayed as dashed lines in keyword ranking chart

- Fix: Keywords already stored locally but missing from API now correctly re-synced on next add attempt
- Fix: API connect notice now displayed inline in settings card instead of at top of page
- Fix: Plugin notices (reconnect, register) now displayed inline in plugin list instead of at top of page

- New: German (de_DE) translation included
- New: English set as default language for international users
v1.2.1
- Fix: Unique install ID introduced — localhost installations no longer share the same license
