2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered via repoevo.com. By using Repoevo, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Description of Services

Repoevo is a WordPress plugin for analyzing and monitoring WordPress.org plugins. The service includes:

· Tracking of downloads, installations and ratings
· Keyword and ranking tracking on WordPress.org
· Competitor analysis
· Access to historical data and charts

The scope of the service depends on the booked plan (Free, Pro or Business).

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the user installs the plugin and establishes the API connection. For paid plans, the contract is concluded upon completion of the Stripe checkout.

5. Prices & Payment

Current prices can be found at repoevo.com/pricing.

Payment is made monthly in advance via the payment provider Stripe. All prices include statutory VAT.

Note: The free version is permanently free and does not require any payment details.

6. Term & Cancellation

Paid plans run monthly and renew automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation is handled directly via Stripe. After cancellation, the account is downgraded to the Free plan.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content and SaaS services, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies. However, this right expires if the user expressly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends.

Note: By completing the checkout, the user agrees that the service begins immediately, and the right of withdrawal therefore expires.

8. Refunds

There is no entitlement to a refund for billing periods already paid. In individual cases, a refund may be granted as a gesture of goodwill — please contact admin@repoevo.com.

9. Availability

We strive for high availability of the service. There is no entitlement to 100% availability. Maintenance work is carried out outside peak usage times whenever possible.

10. Liability

Repoevo provides data from the public WordPress.org directory. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this data.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless a breach of material contractual obligations has occurred.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated by email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the new Terms & Conditions are deemed accepted.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Anger, Germany.
